The Public Utilities Commission generally meets on the 2nd Monday of the month at 5:30 pm in the Public meeting Room at City Hall.
The Public Utilities Commission votes on items related to our Public Utilities (Water and Electric system). They also make recommendations to the Mayor and City Council. Members serve for a three-year term, with a two term limit. Members may serve again after being off of the Commission for one term. The Commission has one City Council representative who is not a voting member, but reports Commission decisions to the Mayor and City Council.
