The City of Janesville has been addressing numerous infrastructure needs within their system over the past years as outlined in their Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). This plan is dynamic, and we have recently reviewed all the completed work over the past 5+ years. Proposed projects include full reconstruction (street & utility), bituminous overlays and chip/seal coating projects.
