Commercial Property For Sale

For the purpose of promoting business development and support further expansion in our community, the Janesville Economic Development Authority (EDA) is promoting a page on the city website that is designed to stimulate the sale, rental or lease of commercial buildings and/or land that is available in our community.

HOW TO PROMOTE YOUR AVAILABLE PROPERTIES:

Any properties designated for commercial use or prospective land to be developed may be promoted through this program for FREE.  To request promotion of your property through this program, please complete the enclosed form.  The information given will be transposed to the City of Janesville website as well as made available from Janesville City Hall by request.
