PARK BOARD
§ 31.070 ESTABLISHMENT. (A) There is established, pursuant to M.S. § 412.501, as it may be amended from time to time, a park board, to be known as the Janesville Park Board. (B) There is established a Park Board of Directors with specific limited powers as established, defined and outlined in this subchapter. (Res. 2008-11, passed 5-27-2008)
