GOLF COURSE ADVISORY BOARD
§ 31.020 ESTABLISHMENT. (A) A Golf Course Advisory Board is created. The Board shall be composed of five members serving staggered terms, one of which shall be a member of the City Council. (B) Terms shall be for two years, with a two-term limit. The term of the member from the City Council shall run concurrent with the Council term to which that member was elected. (C) Members of the Golf Course Advisory Board shall be appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by majority vote of the City Council.
