PLANNING COMMISSION
§ 31.060 ESTABLISHMENT. A City Planning Commission is established. The Commission shall be the city planning agency. (2002 Code, § 31.45) (Ord. 152, passed 2-2-1971)
§ 31.061 COMPOSITION. The Planning Commission shall consist of five members, who shall be appointed by the City Council. Any member so appointed may subsequently be removed from the Commission by a majority vote of the Council.
