§ 31.030 ESTABLISHMENT. (A) There is established, pursuant to M.S. § 447.41, as it may be amended from time to time, a nursing home, to be known as Janesville Nursing Home, dba Whispering Creek. (B) There is established a Janesville Nursing Home, dba Whispering Creek Board of Directors with specific limited powers as established, defined and outlined in this subchapter.
