The Economic Development Authority (EDA) facilitates economic growth by supporting existing businesses, by fostering reinvestment in the community, and by supporting the creation of new businesses, jobs, and housing. The EDA provides technical and financial assistance to businesses seeking to expand or start-up in Janesville.

REVOLVING LOAN FUND (RLF)
The purpose of the Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) is to fill the financing gap between private financing and equity to total project costs by making direct low-interest loans available for certain approved activities for businesses or prospective businesses within the City of Janesville.  Click on the blue Revolving Loan Fund words above for more information.
